Tips for Good Process Service
1. Is the name, address and phone numbers correct and complete?
2. Is both the work and home addresses and phone numbers provided?
3. Does the person being served have any aliases or nicknames that are known?
4. What kind of vehicle do they drive? Examples: Year, make, model, color or other helpful identifiers.
5. Do you have a picture or physical description of the person to be served?
6. Is there a specific time service should be made?
7. Have they been avoiding service or are they expecting and agreeable to service?
8. Is this a routine or rush service? If this is a rush serve, please call ahead before finishing the paperwork, so we can arrange for the service.
9. Can your papers be sub-served?
10. Double check the paperwork. Is everything stamped, signed and spelled correctly?
