Our primary service area includes Muscle Shoals, Florence, Sheffield and Tuscumbia, Alabama. We also serve the following counties in Northwest Alabama: Colbert, Lauderdale, Franklin, Lawrence, Morgan, Limestone and *Madison County (only zip codes in the cities of Huntsville, Madison, Harvest and Triana)*. There are three counties in Southern Tennessee and three counties in Northeast Mississippi we serve.
Rates are based on types of service and zip codes. Regular service has the first attempt to serve within 3 business days. Routine service is attempted within 5 business days. For your convenience, we offer Same Day service (when possible) and Rush service within 24 hours that may incur additional fees. Included are three attempts to serve. Subjects that need to be located (skip traced) prior to being served is a seperate fee.
An advance fee is requested prior to service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. You will be notified of service by phone, email or fax on the first business day following the serve. The Affidavit will be mailed on the day you are notified. We will use your Affidavit or ours.
Please include a self-addressed envelope for returns. All documents are returned general mail unless you otherwise provide.
